T3 building elements are modular and can be combined together to form fast build structures that also have load-bearing capabilities. The elements are light-weight and the construction methodology lends itself to low-skilled labour.  Structures can be either prefabricated, or can be assembled onsite using modular and packaged-build principles.  Finishing can be low cost to high specification, including weatherproofing and enhanced-insulation options.
