T3 is a building material and construction system.
T3 building material is a load bearing construction panel.  The panels are based on standard building sheets. Two building sheets are joined together with a modular array of spacers to form the panel. Smaller panel sizes can be used with the same array. T3 panels are lightweight, yet built structures can withstand loads, tensional and shear forces.
 

T3 construction system rationalises sourcing, fabrication, distribution, building assembly and recycling. This includes prefabrication and a rationalized product distribution tree.
