Ready for assembly elements, cut to size part-elements, joiner- and end-tubes are used for the construction of floors, walls, ceilings and roofs. The elements can be finished to a wide range of weatherproofing and insulation specifications, and can include internalized infrastructure. Screws, bolts or other disassembly-suitable fasteners are used when T3 is used in temporary or re-locatable buildings. In permanent buildings the panels are glued, stapled and/or nailed.

Building parts can later be disassembled and reused to form similar or even entirely different buildings in another location. At the end of the life of the elements, the building parts can be recycled into the base material and used again as a building material.
