T3 panels can be formed into prefabricated cassettes, each forming a section of wall, roof and floor.  The cassettes can be transported to the building site and rapidly erected onto building structures.  Using an umbrella roof principle and simplified foundations, the structures can be erected on unprepared sites and in all-weather conditions.  This includes high quality housing and building structures as well as fast-response low-cost and emergency housing.
